"The...vision of Nahum of Elkosh."
Nahum 1:1 (ESV)
"The chariots race madly through the streets; they rush to and fro through the squares; they gleam like torches; they dart like lightning."
Nahum 2:4 (ESV)
The vision of future vehicles came to Nahum. Nahum could not describe the cars in anyway other way, other than what words he knew at the time. So lets take a look at that verse one more time.
"The chariots (cars) race madly through the streets; they (cars) rush to and fro (back and forth) through the squares (blocks); they gleam like torches (headlights/taillights); they dart (move) like lightning (moving fast)." Nahum 2:4 (ESV)
I thought that was some interesting verses, because I know people who have had visions including my Brother-in-law who passed, who had the vision of "The Story of Jesus" Tahoe. I myself have had visions... and most everyone has dreams, some of which make no sense sometimes, but maybe in time. I also had a neighbor who's son passed away. She told me right before her son died, he said he was looking at a something that looks like a screen, seeing things, but he could not describe it in words. Only thing her son did tell her was, "its is nothing like I have ever seen before!" If you believe in eternal life, then you believe there is millions upon millions of years ahead of you, and things you have never seen. Just like a child comes into this world, everything they see grabs their attention! They are always like, "Oh Wow!" when they see something new they like, or want. There are many unseen things ahead of all of us.
Bible says,
"...the things that are unseen are eternal."

Stay upbeat, joyful and excited like a child!

Those that have lived before myself, such as my great grandfather, grandfather, father etc... have seen many new things come to life, that we never had before, or even thought of. Such as cell phones, computers etc... If I was living in the 1500's, I would have no words to describe a cell phone. Only words I would probably have to describe a cell phone would be, "People hold a thing that looks like a piece of thin wood to their hear and talk to other people on the other-side of the world." Do you know what they would do to me if I told people that, people of the future can hold a thin piece of wood to their hear and talk to people on the other-side of the world, back in the 1500's? Lock me up, they would think I had completely lost mind and thinking I am crazy. If a person doesn't have the vision or dream their-self they have no idea as to what you are talking about. This is why I keep dreams and visions to myself. I heard a preacher one time say , "God gave you that vision, dream or an idea that is not to be shared with everyone." Be like a child, full of ideas, which in turn creates motivation. Like Proverbs 17:22 says, stay joyful, which is being happy and positive! In turn you will feel better, like medicine does for the body.

"..unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."

I am not sure were all that came from. I meant to do a post on the recent Car Show, but I remembered a verse that predicted cars of the future I read in the Bible, then came to mind the other verses I shared. Saying all that brings one more verse to mind.
"The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its (winds) sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit."
John 3:8 (ESV)
I don't know where all that came from like the wind, cause the wind/air is invisible. Like the verse says you hear the winds sound, but you don't know where it came from. Today we still cannot tell anything about the winds speed or direction, unless you have a device like anemometer, which measures the speed of wind that weather stations use, or by telling the direction by watching the clouds which can change at anytime, because weathermen are never 100% sure where the clouds will go. Holy Spirit works the same way as the wind. You cannot see the Holy Spirit, but you can hear and feel Holy Spirit like the wind. On a hot day that wind always feels good, works the same way with the Holy Spirit.
Bible says,
"Do you not know that you are God's temple (church) and that God's Spirit dwells in you?"

"For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you."
Matthew 10:20 (ESV)
God speaks through people which is the Holy Spirit, like people of today speak through a cell phone to someone 1000's of miles away, or through a intercom to people in another part of a building. God can speak through anyone and use anyone. Moses in the Bible was slow of speech and did not want to get in front of people and speak as a leader, so Moses had his brother Aaron speak for him. We are talking about the Leader Moses who brought forth the 10 commandments, and he did not feel he was good enough, he felt less than, but God seen something in Moses that even Moses did not see, that we still talk about til this very day.
Bible says,
"But Moses said to the Lord, “Oh, my Lord, I am not eloquent...but I am slow of speech and of tongue.”
Exodus 4:10 (ESV)
"your brother Aaron shall tell (speak to) Pharaoh"
Exodus 7:2 (ESV)
Don't be afraid to go for your dream, vision or idea because you do not feel qualified for the position like Moses. You may be slow of speech, or not feel good enough, but God sees something in you everyone else including yourself don't see, like in Moses case. God would not have given you that dream or vision if you were not qualified. God sees what man cannot see, and that is your heart, your soul, your thoughts, and hears your daily prayers that others cannot hear.
Bible says,
"Lord sees not as man sees (God sees what you cannot see): man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.
1 Samuel 16:7 (ESV)
"when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you."
Matthew 6:6 (ESV)
"..whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."
Mark 11:24 (ESV)
There are several keywords above, but the main keyword is "pray", not pray to be seen of people, but pray when no one can see or hear you. There is so much more I want to add, but I will have you reading the entire Bible, which isn't a bad thing, just takes more then a day to read all 66 Books of the Bible.
I hope the scriptures above have blessed you, I know the Bible very well, but couple of the verses above haven't came to mind in years...
I now will show and tell you what I intended to do at the start, and that is the video I created of the recent Car Show event. All proceeds benefited Rev Dana Cookson's family. Dana Cookson passed July 9th, 2018. She was truly loved and missed by the ones I spoke to at the event, and the event speaker broke down in tears at the event. I know how it feels, my Father passed March 18th, 2018, my Brother-in-law who had the vision of the Tahoe passed April 8th, 2018, and one of my Aunts passed July 18th, 2018. I am thankful and pray for all those that came to the event, you will be blessed, as you blessed the family of Dana.

In other-words "Bless others and you will be blessed."
